Community Event Volunteering

Get ready for a down-to-Earth good time at the Earth Day, Every Day Festival hosted by the Cities of Lafayette and Louisville. Volunteers are needed for a variety of different activities. Below are descriptions for the volunteer opportunities: - Event Set Up Support: Includes placing directional and information signs to guide attendees to various event locations, assisting vendors with unloading materials, and directing vendors to parking. - Parking Support: Directing vendors to their specific parking locations and helping with attendee parking. - Bike Valet Attendee: Welcome and assist people arriving by bike, tag and organize bikes in the valet area, monitor bikes. Includes set up or breakdown. - Clean Up Support: Includes gathering directional and informational signage, assisting vendors with teardown, and collecting litter to ensure a clean space.

Volunteer Notes

Parking will be limited. Please park at Pioneer Elementary School's (101 E Baseline Rd, Lafayette, CO 80026) east parking lot. Enter parking lot off Baseline and N Iowa Ave. Check In Instructions: Please find the orange information booth, if you have having issues locating, please find an individual with a high vis vest. It will take 5 - 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the information booth.
